One of the hands-down, hardest working business owners in District 56 is Josh Woods, who takes a moment from making lunch in his mobile restaurant (The Urb Express Food Truck) to endorse the Randy Talley Campaign for House District 56. Randy grew up in restaurants, so he appreciates the time restaurant owners invest to serve up food and fun.
